Practice Update
Dr. Robinette has signed with Ballad Health Medical Associates (BHMA). She will begin orientation on July 27, 2026 and start seeing patients the following week at the BHMA office in Kingsport, TN through December 2026, then transition to the BHMA office in Gray, TN in January 2027. Originally from Elizabethton, Tennessee, Christian Robinette, DO earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Milligan College. She completed her medical education at the University of Pikeville's Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then chose to return home to complete her family medicine residency at ETSU Family Medicine in Johnson City, where she served as chief resident during her final year. She has always dreamed of providing primary care to the people of her hometown and is thrilled to do so alongside trusted colleagues. Her goal is to improve health literacy in this area by focusing on patient education and support. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, chronic disease management, geriatrics, and women's health.
Outside of work, Dr. Robinette enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dogs. She loves attending church, tailgating at football games, and boating at Watauga Lake.
